Total Body Burn Boot Camp AZ — Non-Exerecise Challenge

Each week at the Total Body Burn Boot Camp we have 2 challenges.

1 — is an exercise based team challenge

and

1 — is a non-exercise challenge.

Today I wanted share and more importantly get your input about one of the recent non-exercise challenges that we had at bootcamp.

List the absolute most difficult thing you can think of you can in
Regard to a health or fitness challenge to over come.

Are Your Ready for the Challenge of Boot Camp AZ

Example:
Run an Ironman Race
Lift 300lbs
Climb Mt Everest
Overcome type II diabetes

I can’t stress enough to choose the ABSOLUTE
most challenging thing you can think of or imagine

      I have thought this for a long time, and have even pondered making it a goal.

      But I believe the biggest physcial challenge would be to climb Mtn Everest, unassisted and without additional oxygen(not even sure the oxygen part is possible)
