Workout Testing at the Total Body Burn Boot Camp AZ
I am sure a lot people wonder why the heck we do testing
during bootcamp
The answer is very simple to track and see progress; really
isn’t that why you test anything
Heck Chefs test the seasoning of their food to make sure
the recipe is progressing properly
So we can kind of think of the Total Body Burn Boot Camp
as a recipe each month I write up a recipe of 3 different
boot camp workouts.
Then we start to making that recipe and at the end of the
month we serve up the results of that recipe to the bootcamp
testing and see if what we have been doing both during the
boot camp exercises and outside of bootcamp is helping us
towards improving our test results
While improving test scores isn’t the sole reason for attending
boot camp.

By testing boot camp exericses we simple provide
built-in tangible feedback on whether your very hard work is
validated.
Think about this why in the heck would you:
– Get up at at 4:30-5am
– Come outside to a park
– And perform a very challenging bootcamp workout
and not have any form of tangible feedback to know
whether or not you are getting better.
Boot camp testing just provides us another
way to measure progress beyond the single
measure of just looking toward 1 thing(Our Goal)
to see if we are improving or not.
Testing allows multiple opporunities and angles to see what
our progress looks like
