		<description>Thanks for sharing your video. I have bookmarked this for others to view. I hate those fat burning zone indicators on the exercise equipment. So many of those sensors suck and the readings are way off. Especially in commercial gyms, where the equipment is used. I always take my heart rate monitor with me.

Your approach is definitely better for burning calories and great for weight loss.</description>
