week 1- Body Fat Buy In Complete

After week 1 of the body fat challenge I feel pretty good about my progress, although i didnt win last weeks challenge I was happy to learn that I had lost 2 lbs, and a full inch around my waist.  The progress that I have made is a bit more rewarding then the money, and I can’t wait to step up my game this week and hopfully beat my own results from last week.  The challenge also is helping me get me back on track on attending bootcamp more regularly.  With so much going on with my school schedule, and work being all over the place unfortunatly my fitness schedule has taken the down fall.  Today’s session went well though, it was a new rotation of excercises today.  I found them to be simple yet challenging at the same time, testing a little more of my stamina and consistancy.  I already feel a little bit of the soreness, but i’m sure it will work its self out pretty quickly, before fridays session!

New Motivation- Body Fat Buy In

After undergoing a couple of very stressful weeks of job changes, mid-terms, and recovering from being sick, I am ready to really get back into the habit. The last few weeks have really been trying my patiences and the few AM Bootcamp Sessions I have been able to make have been great. Not only are we trying new excerises that I havent done, its nice to have some of the same consistancy in other drills we do more often. Im excited that today kicks off a new program with Anderson Training Systems called the “Body Fat Buy In”, I’m hoping this program will help me pick up a little of the modivation that I have been lacking lately. Plus it wouldnt be so bad to win the weekly $100-$200 prize at least once!!!

Carolyn’s 3rd Week: Is ths really the Warm-up? | New Routine at the Total Body Burn Bootcamp Arizona

This week we started a new routine, this one definitely got my blood pumping.  First off Troy introduced us boot-campers to a new warm up.

This warm up was a bit more intense then the last one, but so far I like it.  After just two sessions of doing this warm up I found myself beating my own record on plank ups.

The first time I did them I found myself taking a long time to get through the reps, an taking time in between just to get them done, the next time I found myself pushing through them, not only faster but with little to no break between!
Setting a new personal goal for myself.

We also started a new work out on Monday and I was blown away by what we were going to be doing, what seemed like a simple task was actually quite challenging.

I really found myself working hard to keep on target with all the motions that were introduced to me.  By the end of boot camp I was exhausted, and energized all at the same time, like i had accomplished so much in just a short amount of time.

I definitely felt that workout later, which in my book being sore can only mean a great workout!
