Cats, Colds, & When Boot Camp AZ Workout: When fat loss workouts don’t always workout!!
Going into this weeks sessions didnt work out quite as well as I could have hoped.
I started this week off house sitting a friends cat, an even though I was up, awake and ready for bootcamp, this little kitten had a whole different kind of work out for me.
Instead of warm up stretches and plank ups, I was running around the house chasing a Siamese cat around with its medicine. Bootcamp would have been better then dealing with this situation!
However the rest of the week was a bit easier to get back into the swing of things. This weeks drills were a little more familiar to me, similar to drills I remember doing during basketball. But more of a test of my own strength, challenging my own endurance, and balance.
I like how these drills make me work against myself, I find my own competitivness coming out in between reps. wanting to get faster, and increase my own strengths. I hope I can continue to get into more routines like this one!
