What Makes Total Body Burn Boot Camp different?
Simply, really we take you for your word so when you tell us
that you want to lose 20lbs we presume you
mean it and are 100% dedicated to get those results.
Becasue we sure are we will hold you 100% accountable
both inside and outside of camp.
You will work harder than you ever; and you will

What type of people participate in camp?
All types. We have had firefighters, young athletic men and women,
working professionals, and there have even been multiple campers that are in their 60’s.
What Time is Boot Camp?
Boot Camp meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from
5:30 am to 6:15 am
We do this so busy professional can get home and ready for work.
We hold mastermind sessions at the end of each Monday boot camp to help each camper make progress toward their goals.
To put it mildly we cram a whole of lot fat burning exercise into 45 minutes and then make sure we do a little workout on the stuff that goes on outside boot camp.
If you are think 45 minutes aren’t enough for you; come gives us a try, most ‘campers’ are more than happy to be heading home after 45 minutes.
How Long Does Boot Camp Go?
Boot camp is year round, we even training on some holidays. As a matter of fact one of the most popular workouts of the years is the Thanksgiving Workout.
Will I get yelled at?
No, absolutely not. That is not the way we
work at ATS we coach and encourage you.
Can bootcamp help build bone density?
Absolutely, because we use progressive resistance training.
Will I get stronger ?
If you decide to join us, I guarantee that you
will become stronger and more functional than you have ever been.
Can this camp help me get in shape to run a 5K or Marathon?
Without a doubt, we train anaerobic fitness as well as strength
endurance training, these two distinct training modules are often
overlooked by running programs.
Do the exercises ever change?
Always. We change the exercise drills every
4-6 weeks, so that there is never a dull moment.
Will I have to lift heavy weights ?
No, you will be assigned weights based on your fitness level.
What if I can’t keep up?
That’s fine, we only ask that you give your best effort.
How will I know if I am getting results?
Well of course we hope you can tell by simply looking in the mirror but if you need more proof. We’ve got it for you, if you have weight loss goals you be asked to regularly take and record measurement so you can track your progress.
On top of all that we hold testing at the end of each month, this way you will have tangible proof that you are gain strength, endurance, and confidence.
