This option is for those who just want show up and get their daily exercise done in a safe and fun environment; and are comfortable knowing that they will get 12 awesome workouts that they couldn’t get anywhere else.
Along with your 12 workouts you will be encouraged to join in and participate in the monthly Total Body Burn Boot Camp AZ Adventure. The montly adventure is be open to all boot campers and 1 guest of their choice.

Things You’ll Need to Bring with You to Total Body Burn Boot Camp:
Apparel/Equipment
- Comfortable workout clothes: We transition from hot to cool so comfortable workout clothes are a must depending upon the season. The range is typically between shorts and workout pants, and t-shirt and long sleeve shirt, depending on what you are comfortable with.
- A towel, especially during the summer time
- Tissues: Many campers bring these year round, but especially during the winter
- Gloves: During the winter
- Water at least 1 quart/liter: More is advisable during the summer
What Types of Exercises to Expect - You will be working at your own pace, hopefully a fast one performing
