Old Man Ass Whumpin’ Boot Camp AZ Workout
Can Your Fitness Level Match a 92yr Old Man it would if You were a Boot Camp Arizona member
I here a lot of tired and over used excuses when it comes to exercise
one of the most annoying is:
‘I am too old for that’
or
‘ I am 50 I shouldn’t have to do that’
I guess what bothers me the most about these types of statements
is the ’sense of entitlement’ or the ‘deserving’.
It bothers me so much that I have had some serious verbal battles with my dad over
this topic.
To put it bluntly you don’t deserve shit unless you earn it, period.
Sure I may feel different at 40 or 50 years old than I do now; I hope not
but I may.
Part of the flaw in this thinking is that there is a maintenance
No such thing
From birth we are always in a constant state of decline and must fight, scratch, gouge, digg, and climb at all
cost to try and have as best quality of life possible.

Well said Troy – My dad is 72 been through stomach and bowel cancer (now has no large intestine and only part of his stomach) and has just finished radiotherapy for throat cancer.
He still goes to the gym 5 a per week and has just started Tae Kwondo Classes
