I put Megan through.

I call it the ‘Accelerator’ because this was filmed post bootcamp workout

It use just 4 simple exercise for time or reps

– Bodyweight Squats
– Incline Push-ups (we don’t do kneeling push-ups)
– Elevated Mtn Climbers
– Decline Push-up hold
