Carolyn’s 3rd Week: Is ths really the Warm-up? | New Routine at the Total Body Burn Bootcamp Arizona
This week we started a new routine, this one definitely got my blood pumping. First off Troy introduced us boot-campers to a new warm up.
This warm up was a bit more intense then the last one, but so far I like it. After just two sessions of doing this warm up I found myself beating my own record on plank ups.
The first time I did them I found myself taking a long time to get through the reps, an taking time in between just to get them done, the next time I found myself pushing through them, not only faster but with little to no break between!
Setting a new personal goal for myself.
We also started a new work out on Monday and I was blown away by what we were going to be doing, what seemed like a simple task was actually quite challenging.
I really found myself working hard to keep on target with all the motions that were introduced to me. By the end of boot camp I was exhausted, and energized all at the same time, like i had accomplished so much in just a short amount of time.
I definitely felt that workout later, which in my book being sore can only mean a great workout!
