Fitness Bootcamp Weight Loss Nutrition Tips

Just a real quick post today as my buddy Alwyn Cosgrove says,
“you can’t out training a shitty nutrition plan”

And he is 100% right fitness and weight loss tips
from the top Boot Camp AZ

So I want to share you quick nutrition tip today that will kick
you boot camp workout results into high gear.

Instead of being stuck never ending cycle of flip flopping around from losing 2lbs and then gain 3lbs

I fully realize that convienence of food is paramount in many cases if someones is going
to stick to a nutrition plan they are going to need some weight loss food

When I say convient and healthy I am not referrring to food like:
Subway Sandwiches
SmartOnes or Lean Cuisine
and
Especially not SlimFast

We are looking for a little more quality than that in our boot camp shape-up nutrition plan

I have been dabbling with the idea of buying some vegetable base protein powder
for a while.

I made an impulse purchase out Trader Joe’s the other day.
