Arizona Boot Camp Fitness Testing Results
Ok I we just wrapped up fitness testing this morning
Since we really starting to grow I had to make a couple modifications
1) I had to drop the sand bag shouldering movement because
we were going to run out of time and because I need to
get some more boot camp sandbags from Josh.
2) I need to switch the sequence just a little bit so
that I could make sure everyone’s body was prepped
for all the movements.
Tweaking the sequnce also allowed us to do super sets
Which means that we were able to continously work
for the entire 45 minutes; while we were testing one
aspect of fitness another got to rest.
It all adds up to a great workout.
Camper Mike, while he did get to cheat a bit
probably had the performance of the day
being able to hold a plank for 3:42
Of course there is a caveat he arrived on
‘Mike time’ and missed the first 2 boot
camp exercise tests; because he forgot we started at
our new time today, 5:30 AM
Loretta and Margi both did very well in the 1st boot camp fitness tests.
