1. Get the shit out – get a big ass garbage bag and put all the ’snacks and crap’ in it and throw it the dumpster — NOTHNG gets saved

2. Do it for a Day – Stick to your plan for at least 1 day that way you don’t have to keep starting over and over again, once you got one day down go for two, etc…. that’s how you build unstoppable motivation and momentum

3. Don’t be Perfect – You only need to get it 90% right, and do it 90% daily, weekly, monthly and you will be there faster than you expect.

Make it your rule that anything less than 90% is unacceptable, and track it with a journal if you have to

4. Get Inspired — Watch a youtube, find a picture, find mentor that gets your ‘mojo’ going and makes you say ‘I can do that’ or ‘that is what I want’

Give yourself a shot in the arm daily if you have to.

I keep a whole notepad document of inspiring quotes and videos to fall back on to get me juiced when in need.

5. Quit Lying – it doesn’t do anyone any good. It won’t help you get to where you want any faster. Just because you only ate 1/2 of your normal amount of oreos doesn’nt mean that you had good fat loss nutrition that day.

Rationalizing, and tell yourself and other what you want to hear or think you/they want to hear is only hurting YOU!

When it comes to fat loss being clear, honest, and exact are the cornerstone of success for yourself and or anyone that might be helping you.
