12 Foods You Should Eat Organic Arizona Bootcamp AZ
I wanted to share with you a quick video today from a nutrition
expert that I have recently come across and I really enjoy his
high quality and entertaining material.
In the video below he shares with you the ‘Dirty Dozen’
foods that we should all be making an big effort to eat
organically.
I am not that best at eating organic fare; although I have definitely
been dabbling in that arena more intentionally as of late.
After watching this video and seeing 4 of the foods that
I regularly consume on the ‘dirty list’ I am going to make
a big time effort to eat those 4 foods in their organic
version.
The foods that I eat very regularly and need to make the switch on
are:
– Apples
– Strawberries
– Kale
– Lettuce
